Shipping and Returns

Shipping in Australia

Brooksbank Estate can deliver wine to anywhere in Australia, except for areas that are classified by the Australian Government as dry zones or Australian Islands that are classified as in International Waters. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your area please contact us at hello@brooksbankestate.com.au. Deliveries will be made by Fastway or another carrier instructed by us to deliver to the address stipulated in your order.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

International Shipping

We can freight wine almost anywhere in the world. At the moment, we deal on a personal level with clients wishing to ship internationally – please contact us at hello@brooksbankestate.com.au for more information. All shipments are insured and the wine is packed with care.

Returns

We respect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will happily exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. All returns and exchanges are handled via email – hello@brooksbankestate.com.au
